Harvest. is a contemporary restaurant in the heart of Antwerp, housed in a historic building on Minderbroedersrui. The kitchen combines international influences with local, seasonal ingredients and a strong focus on sustainability. Based on a farm-to-table philosophy, the team collaborates with local farmers and artisans. The menu features both refined à la carte dishes and changing tasting menus, operating as much as possible according to the zero-waste principle. Fermentation, composting, and the optimal utilization of ingredients play an important role in this.
