Visaandeschelde is a renowned seafood restaurant in Amsterdam South, located on Scheldeplein. Since its opening in 1999, it has grown into a fixture in the culinary scene. Restaurateur Michiel Deenik is known for his continuous search for new flavors and authentic ingredients, while respecting classics that retain their permanent place on the menu. The restaurant works seasonally and consciously chooses fish from the North Sea, with sustainability at the forefront. Whole fish are processed on-site so that nothing goes to waste.
