For a long time I had the dream to start my own catering business. At 30, it's finally here. I couldn't find what I was looking for as an interior designer, but when I ended up in the hospitality industry, I felt like coming home. How wonderful is it to be able to put a smile on someone's face? To see how people in good company have a pleasant evening? To watch customers lick their fingers? It may sound simplistic, but it makes me happy!
