Christopher & Ellen stirred the pots together at Lepelem for years. In recent years, the restaurant has evolved from a tearoom and ice cream parlor to a warm place with refined cuisine. Today both partners divide the tasks: Christopher works on balanced dishes in the kitchen, sommelier and hostess Ellen serves the perfect wine with it. In the coming years, Christopher and Ellen will focus on top-quality cuisine and making the restaurant more sustainable. Today, Restaurant Lepelem already uses natural water purification.
