Remember as a small child walking through a field of clovers? You spent hours desperately searching for that one four-leaf clover among the others, a rare phenomenon that would bring you luck. A clover symbolizes love, unity, trust, and of course, happiness. That's how I came up with the idea of naming the restaurant Klaver, where I want to embody all these elements. At Klaver, everything revolves around a love of food and gastronomy. We strive for perfect harmony in our dishes, where all the ingredients come together for a complete experience.
