BØF was founded with heart and soul by chef Yves Miltenburg. This chef has been in the kitchen since 1994, and his passion for cooking has only grown. However, he only discovered his love for grilling in 2013 at Et Alors in Hasselt. He wants all your senses to share in a special experience in his open grill kitchen. He devised a fun sharing concept that was crowned best in Flanders in 2023!
